Cancellation is one click and there are no contracts to negotiate. Here’s how.
Cancel your Corporate subscription
- Vacation Flow → Settings → Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Optional: tell us why — we read every answer.
- Click Confirm cancel.
You keep Corporate features until the end of your current billing period — no immediate lockout. At period end you downgrade to the free tier (Startup); if you have more than 20 users then, you’ll need to remove some or re-upgrade. Your data stays: historical PTO, team members, and approval logs are all preserved, and you can re-upgrade anytime without losing anything.
Refunds

Delete your account entirely
Only do this if you’re certain — it’s permanent.
- Settings → Profile → Delete account.
- Read the confirmation (it’s not recoverable).
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
- Click Permanently delete.
Account deletion permanently removes your PTO records, employee data, and configuration. Completed within 30 days. Payment records held by the payments processor (for legal and accounting) and anonymous aggregate analytics are the only things retained.
Downgrade from Corporate to Startup (free)
- Settings → Billing → Change plan → Startup (free).
- If you have more than 20 users, remove the excess first.
Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Switch billing cycle (monthly ↔ annual)
Settings → Billing → Switch to annual (or monthly). The system calculates the pro-rata credit and shows the new price before you confirm.
Admin transfer
If you’re leaving but the team is staying, change a colleague to Admin in Settings → Team. They can then manage billing, users, and settings. Don’t cancel the whole subscription — just transfer admin.
