Corporate removes the 20-user cap and adds hands-on setup and support. Advanced features (custom approval rules, burnout-prevention signals) are on the roadmap and become available on Corporate as they ship — see the FAQ for current status.
When you should upgrade
- Your team has grown past 20 users (the Startup tier cap).
- You want hands-on help with setup, migration, or custom policy configuration.
If neither applies, the free tier is fine.
How to upgrade
- Vacation Flow → Settings → Billing.
- Click Upgrade to Corporate.
- Choose billing cycle: annual or monthly.
- Enter your payment method (credit card via Stripe).
- Review the total shown for your team size and billing cycle.
- Click Upgrade.
Your plan upgrades instantly. The user cap is removed the moment payment confirms. For pricing questions or custom arrangements, contact info@vacationflow.app.
The upgrade is non-disruptive
Nothing changes for your existing team:
- All data stays intact.
- All users keep their access.
- Nobody gets logged out.
- Settings and integrations carry over.
You just have a higher user cap and access to advanced features as they ship.

Every month or year you’re charged, an invoice is auto-emailed from billing@vacationflow.app. For custom purchase-order arrangements or annual commitment terms, email info@vacationflow.app.
