When you should upgrade
- Your team has grown past 20 members (the Startup plan cap).
- You want priority support, or hands-on help with onboarding or migrating from another tool.
If neither applies, the free plan is fine — forever, no catch.
How it works
- When you try to add a 21st member, Vacation Flow blocks it and points you to Corporate.
- Email info@vacationflow.app, or use the contact link on the pricing page.
- Tell us your team size and what you need. We’ll enable a free 3-month Corporate trial — no card required.
- Once it’s on, add members past 20 right away.
- After the trial, we agree on pricing directly with you. Nothing is charged automatically.
The upgrade is non-disruptive
Nothing changes for your existing team:
- All data stays intact.
- All users keep their access.
- Nobody gets logged out.
- Settings and integrations carry over.
You just get a higher member cap, priority support, and hands-on onboarding help.

Give us a little time to enable the trial — usually the same business day. If it’s been longer, email again and we’ll chase it.
Not sure if we actually need Corporate
If you’re under 20 members and don’t need priority support or onboarding help, stay on Startup — it’s free forever and nothing is missing.
